This is one of the top-secret underground bases in the Soviet Union. The name of this object is GTS-825 (Government Telephone Station), but this is a conspiracy title. Nobody knows the real one. The object was built in 1957-1961 because of the Cold War. Now it is the biggest secret object on the territory of the Soviet Union.
